Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Our existence is based on your happiness! So, if there’s anything that does not live up to your expectation, please do get in touch with our customer service team.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

• Changed your mind? Please send back any items in their original condition with your returns slip and order number.

• Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

• Sale items can only be exchanged, we do not offer a cash refund.

• This does not affect your statutory right.

  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND? 

• We will replace your item within 24 hours of receiving it, providing we have the item you requested in stock, otherwise we will email you accordingly. Refunds normally take between 1-5 working days.

 

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? 

• Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable for returns.

• We will pay the postage costs to exchange an item from within the UK one time to your address provided. Any exchanges after this will be charged at a cost of £5.00.

• We do not cover the cost for returning an item back to us. If you are sending back to us from outside of the UK, we will charge between £7 to £14 pending on location and weight. (We will always advise you prior to shipment).
