Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

 

Our existence is based on your happiness! So, if there’s anything that does not live up to your expectation, please do get in touch with our customer service team. I am sure we can work things out together. 

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

Relax, it's okay to change your mind, even after you have purchased something.

Please send back any items in their original condition* with your returns slip and order number.  Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. Anytime after that unfortunately we cannot offer refunds through our payment gateways, but we can still offer exchanges up to 30 days from the date you purchased. 

*Original condition. This means unused and sealed in their original packaging and labels (free of perfume or odours of any kind). 

NOTE: Sale or discounted items are not refundable, but we can exchange them for another item. However, during a Clearance Sale, there are no refunds, but exchanges can be made at a fee of £5 per item, subject to available stock. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY

This sometimes does happen, we examine each garment prior to despatch to see if there any faults. In the rare event they are faulty, get in touch with us at orders@carrotbananapeach.com so we can understand what the fault is and how we can help replace it.  Any faulty goods should be reported within 7 days of receiving your item. Items are checked prior to shipping.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND? 

We will replace your item within two working days of receiving it, providing we have the item you requested in stock, otherwise we will email you accordingly. Refunds normally take between 1-5 working days but can take up to 14 days during busy periods. 

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? 

Our shipping and handling fee for original orders is non-refundable for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Sending any return or exchange back to us will be at your own cost, but we will cover the cost of sending the replacement out to you (one time only) accept for clearance items.  Any exchanges there after will be charged at a cost of £5.00 (UK/Europe) and £7 to £14 rest of the world depending on your location. 

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

Sometimes we offer free shipping if total order is over a certain amount.  If you return items that take you below the original offer, we will deduct the original shipping charge  £5 (within the UK) £10 (for overseas). 

OUR PEACH GUARANTEE SCHEME

If what you purchased has a peach woven label in it, that means its a genuine Carrot Banana Peach made garment, and our assurance to you is that garment has been made to the highest standard. Provided you follow our washing instructions if you find any faults arising from normal wear and tear, we will replace your garment up to 90 days of the original purchase date.
