• If you have a voucher or discount code, you can add this onto your order at the checkout page.

• You will receive a confirmation email from us once you've ordered. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. For any inquires you can reach us by email, orders@carrotbananapeach.com

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email for order confirmation (From us) and shipping confirmation soon after.  

All orders are sent out with a tracking number, this is emailed (or if selected) sms'd to your mobile to you as soon as your order has been dispatched with the relevant shipping company.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

For UK, if the order is placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri), delivery would normally be next day but cannot be guaranteed. If the order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday (including Public Holidays), it will take 1 business day to despatch your order.  During peak periods, orders can take up to several days longer.

European deliveries take around 3 to 7 days on average

For destinations in Asia or the USA please allow 7 to 14 days. However, some deliveries can take a little longer for reasons beyond our control, such as customs.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note: Carrot Banana Peach does not cover local import duties or taxes. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority, and we recommend checking with them before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs at delivery.

We’re unable to refund shipping charges if an order is refused at customs and returned to us. Sale items are also non-refundable if returned for this reason. If you would like us to resend an item that has been returned, additional shipping charges will apply.

If you would like to have your order despatched on a special delivery basis, email us or contact us to arrange. We will advise you the cost and details. 

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries may take longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Clearance Sales. 

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, you would need to do this prior to items being posted. Please refer to our 'returns & refunds' policy.

If we have not yet posted the item to you, we can immediately cancel the order and refund your payment.
