• If you have a voucher or discount code, you can add this onto your order at the checkout page.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• You will receive an email for order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
• All orders are sent out with a tracking number, this is emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
• European deliveries take around 3 to 7 days on average
• For destinations in Asia or the USA please allow 7 to 14 days. However, some deliveries can take a little longer for reasons beyond our control, such as customs.
HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us prior to confirmation of the shipment.
• If we've already posted your items you will need to refer to our 'returns & refunds' policy.
• If we have not yet posted the item to you, we can immediately cancel the order and refund your payment.
