ORDERING ONLINE


Select the items by browsing through site, select on items you like and choose a colour and size, then add them to your cart. When you are ready to check out, following the onscreen instructions as it takes you through the process.

If you have a voucher code, then remember to add it onto your order and press apply.

Once you have confirmed your order, we will ask you for payment details, and walk you through the process. You can pay directly from your PayPal account, or use your credit/debit card.

You will receive a confirmation email from us once you've ordered. If you've not received the email, it's likely your order didn't go through. In which case, please contact us.

 

ORDERING BY PHONE

Our customer call centre will help you place your order, simply let us know the styles, colours and sizes and we can place the order for you, we will need your address, phone number, email address and credit card details in order to complete the order.  You will then receive a confirmation of your order by email. All orders are sent out with a tracking number, this is emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Most deliveries overseas are sent through www.royalmail.com and normally take from 3 to 7 days to places in Europe and 7 to 14 days to reach destinations in Asia or the USA. However sometimes deliveries can be slower for reasons beyond our control, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.


HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us prior to confirmation of the shipment. If we've already posted the item out you'll need to refer to our 'returns & refunds' policy. If we have not yet posted the item to you, we can immediately cancel the order and refund your payment.
